Do I get a discount with my subscription?
Absolutely! The amount you'll save on each order is shown on the product page when you select a subscription, so you can see exactly how subscribing will benefit you!
Do you send out a reminder before the next subscription is due?
We do! A reminder email, along with a link to your subscription, is always sent out a few days before the next subscription is due.
This gives you plenty of time to make any changes you (or your little ones!) may desire.
How/where do I manage my subscription?
Once you've set up your subscription, you'll receive a link to your subscription area.
You can also access your subscription area via your account.
If you've lost your link, don't worry! We send a link on every subscription-related email to you, and we can send one on request also!
Can I make changes once the subscription is set up?
Of course! You can add items just for the next subscription order or for all future orders.
Plus, you can change the quantity or remove items as you need.
You can also change the next order date, change frequency, and update payment or delivery details.
I've set up several subscriptions - can they be merged?
Of course - you may either cancel one, moving items to the other subscription. or you can get in touch and we'll be happy to assist you!
Help! I didn't mean to set up a subscription!
No problem - just use the link in the email we sent confirming the subscription to view your subscription area, where it can be easily cancelled.
