We offer delivery by post (24hr/48hr) or courier (DPD. Fedex or ParcelForce), and offer a Saturday/Sunday option by DPD too.
All deliveries come with free online tracking, and our delivery partners have their own downloadable apps for your own delivery management.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship to various locations around the EU and beyond. To quickly check if we dispatch to your country, use the shipping estimator in the shopping cart; if your country is available, we are able to ship to you!
Available rates will be displayed in the shipping estimator as a guide. If you find rates are unavailable, please get in touch.
Please note:
We are unable to ship some medicines outside of the UK due to licensing restrictions.
We are unable to sell into some countries due to import restrictions following BREXIT.
You will likely be required to pay import and customs clearance fees when goods arrive to your country. These fees are outside of our control. Please contact your local customs office for details prior to purchase if you have any queries on this - the world of international shipping is ever-changing and we may be unaware of any new restrictions/customs processes in your country.
Should parcels be returned to us as a result of non-payment of import fees or for other avoidable reasons, please get in touch. If a refund is appropriate, it would exclude the cost of delivery.

The Environment
We do all we can to minimise our impact on the environment, using environmental packaging where possible. This includes surplus boxes, biodegradable and compostable material.
Packaging
As we use surplus boxes, please do not worry about what is printed on the outside of some of our boxes!
We ensure they are safe and sound prior to use, and it's what is inside that counts!
