We aim to provide a fast and reliable delivery both within the UK and internationally.All available services include tracking, allowing you to monitor your parcel from dispatch through to delivery.

UK Dispatch & Delivery
We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 postal delivery options, in addition to DPD, FedEx and Parcelforce courier delivery services.
We also offer a Saturday or Sunday delivery option via DPD. For a delivery on Saturday or Sunday, please place your order by 1pm Friday.

We aim to dispatch orders the same working day where possible, if placed before our dispatch cut-off time.
Our warehouse dispatches orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Should any order queries or unforeseen delay arise, we will advise at the earliest opportunity - do check your contact details are correct so we may reach you quickly should the need arise.
All deliveries come with free online tracking, and our delivery partners have their own downloadable apps for your own delivery management - see our Tracking tab for further details on this.
Free Delivery
FREE UK mainland delivery is available on qualifying orders over £39 and under 20kg in weight.
Some exclusions may apply based on product size, weight, destination, or courier restrictions.
Qualification for free delivery is displayed within the pop-out basket. Should your order not qualify for free delivery, any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Orders qualifying for free delivery are usually shipped by Royal Mail 48hr tracked service. If your order is urgent, please opt for the paid Royal Mail 24hr or DPD courier service to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible.
Scottish Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas
Some products, particularly oversized items such as mxi hay bags, heavy bedding and other larger products, may incur additional carriage charges when being delivered to remote areas of the UK.
All your available delivery options and prices will be displayed at checkout once your postcode has been entered.

International Postal Delivery Duty Paid Service (PDDP)
For selected countries, VAT and duties are collected at checkout and paid to the authorities on your behalf, helping avoid unexpected customs charges on delivery.
As of 1st July 2026, we are able to ship orders under the PDDP scheme to the following countries:

We are unable to ship certain products (including some medicines and hay/forage products) outside of the UK due to licensing or destination-country import restrictions.
Tracking Your Order
All delivery services include tracking.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Countries Without a Postal Delivery Duty Paid (PDDP) Option
Delivery to countries currently not supporting PDDP is still possible.
Please note that customs duties, tax and handling fees, due when the order enters the destination country, will need to be paid before delivery; these charges are to be paid by the recipient to their local customs office, are delivery-country specific, and totally outside of our control.
If an international order for delivery to a country not covered by PDDP is placed with us, it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay these import duties.
Should any goods returned to us as a result of duties unpaid, the cost of shipping will be excluded from any refund that may be due.
