The Hay Experts Recovery + Box contains a selection of goodies we think you'll find useful if your little one is under the weather
We've included some favourites such as Plantain which is always enjoyed, and often the first food nibbled when recovering, as well as Coneflower (echinacea) to help support the immune system and Camomile for calming. There's a sachet of Supreme Recovery + and a feeding syringe too.
This Recovery + box can be useful in times of illness or recovery, following a vet visit or other stressful event, and is also perfect for oldies or to have 'just in case'.
You can also choose to buy a single box, or subscribe at a frequency to suit - and if you do subscribe, you'll save 5% on future boxes too!
The Recovery + box contains:
- The Hay Experts Plantain, 150g - can be useful as an appetite stimulant, high in fibre
- The Hay Experts Coneflower, 100g - supports the immune system
- The Hay Experts Chamomile, 100g - appetite stimulant, high in fibre
- The Hay Experts Jerusalem Artichoke, 100g - a good source of inulin, a natural prebiotic.
- The Hay Experts Marigold, 100g - supports immune function
- Supreme Recovery + Sachet, 20g (min 6m shelf life) - liquid feed - powder can also be sprinkled on pellets or wet veg for additional intake.
- Supreme Recovery Feeding Syringe - a very practical and wide bore syringe to help with liquid feeding

A FREE DELIVERY option is available for orders over £60 (mainland UK, see below) and this is typically a 2-3 day service.

Additional Information: Our Courier rates are fixed for orders up to 28kg, so you can shop without worry!

Our free delivery offer is open to mainland UK, on orders over £60, and to a maximum weight of 20kg. This does exclude bulky items due to courier restrictions - please contact us with any queries on this.

We want you and your little ones to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not and would like to return or exchange an item, or have found an item missing or faulty or damaged on delivery, please contact us in the first instance.
We ask that any damaged or missing items be brought to our attention within 48 hours of delivery so that we can raise this with the courier/postal service.
In order to raise any quality issues promptly with manufacaturers on your behalf, we will ask for batch numbers, photos, details of the issue and in some instances, a sample.
You are entitled to a full refund or exchange if you request one in writing within 7 working days of delivery. We will refund once the goods are returned to us in resalable condition.
This refund excludes the cost of returning the item to us, and should anything be returned in a damaged condition, we reserve the right to cover the retrieve the cost of the damage from your refund - so please ensure anything being returned to us is thoroughly and securley packed for transport. Too much packaging is much better than not enough!! If the item is over £30, we recommend returning by tracked and insured means.
Please note, this refund policy excludes medicines, part used, bespoke items (customised or those brought in just for you), products damaged through use or products returned without their sealed original packaging.
Please ensure you include your name, address, telephone number, email and order number when you return anything to us, and your name, address and order number in any correspondence with us so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
