To ensure grooming sessions are as stress free and enjoyable as possible for your little ones, we recommend following these simple steps:
- Introduce your little one to grooming gradually and gently - we find using something tasty to encourage them can be helpful!
- Always brush in the direction of the fur growth
- If you can sense your little one becoming agitated, pause or end the grooming session
A grooming session is a wonderful way to bond with your little one and can allow you to regularly check their health and wellbeing. Keep an eye out for any lumps and bumps, skin complaints or tender areas. Make sure to contact your vet if you have any concerns.
