COURIER ORDERS PLACED AFTER THE 21ST AND UPTO THE 23RD (LUNCHTIME)
SHOULD ARRIVE BEFORE CHRISTMAS (NOT GUARANTEED),
BUT WE'LL DO OUR BEST FOR YOU AND YOUR LITTLE ONES!

In order to make sure Santa has enough time to get to all the little ones around the globe, please see our last order dates for a guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery.

We do advise ordering as early as possible, and not to leave things to the last minute if you can - with ever-changing rules and bug 'developments', it is good to stay ahead of any unforeseen challenges that may be just around the corner!

UK Mainland Deliveries:

• 2nd class post: Last orders to be placed by noon, Friday 17th December
• 1st class post: Last orders to be placed by noon, Monday 20th December
• Courier: Last orders to be placed by the end of Tuesday 21st December

We will, of course, continue to dispatch orders after the above dates as quickly as possible, and it is possible that courier orders placed after this date may arrive on, or before Friday 24th, though this will be dependent on courier network parcel volumes and any depot/driver COVID-related issues that may or may not arise.

Highlands & Islands UK Deliveries:

• 2nd class post: Last orders to be placed by noon, Friday 17th December
• 1st class post: Last orders to be placed by noon, Monday 20th December
• Courier: Last orders to be placed by the end of Monday 20th December

We will, of course, continue to dispatch orders after the above dates as quickly as possible, and it is possible that courier orders placed after this date may arrive on, or before Friday 24th, though this will be dependent on courier network parcel volumes and any depot/driver COVID-related issues that may arise.

International Deliveries:

Due to the continued customs challenges, transport/logistics issues and new COVID challenges around the globe, it is sadly impossible to quote a pre-Christmas last order date. We can only advise orders be placed as soon as possible, and that there is an understanding that a pre-Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Rest assured, we will dispatch international orders quickly and ensure all customs paperwork is completed correctly, as per usual!

Office Opening Times:

Our office will be closed on Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th December, and re-open at 9am on Wednesday 29th.

Our couriers will be delivering on the 29th - 31st as normal.

Normal opening times commence from January 3rd, 2022.
